As a passionate Health and Nutrition Coach, my vision is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from nourishing the body, mind, and soul. I take a holistic approach to health—using food not only as fuel but as a powerful tool for healing and transformation. My philosophy is centered on helping clients cultivate a positive, sustainable relationship with food while embracing the joy of living well.

With a background in general nutrition and experience supporting both weight loss and weight gain goals, I specialize in gut health and hormonal balance—particularly for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause. I guide my clients in using strategic food and lifestyle choices to restore energy, improve digestion, and balance hormones naturally.

As a mother of four, I understand the demands of a busy life and the importance of practicality. I focus on helping individuals build small, meaningful habits that fit seamlessly into everyday routines—because big, lasting change often starts with the smallest shifts.

My mission is to empower others to feel vibrant, confident, and in control of their health—by tuning into their bodies, nourishing their needs, and truly enjoying the process.  I don’t believe in diet culture but following the individual needs of our body to accomplish our goals.

I studied with Precision Nutrition for my general nutrition training and have since studied under the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to expand my understandings of gut health, hormone health, nutrition for healthy menstrual cycles and menopause.  I have helped clients from young athletes gain weight and improve muscle mass to post-menopausal women lose the weight gained during the menopausal years of their lives all while maintaining happy healthy lifestyles.
